Conference Rate $124.00 per night (2 room suite). Identify yourself as being with the Lyke Conference when reserving rooms. Reservations must be received by Sunday, May 23, 2010 (the Cutoff Date). A block of rooms is being held at $124.00 for all rooms + 12.5% tax per night and occupancy tax per room per night ($139.50). Please reserve only the actual number of rooms to be occupied. Notify the hotel of special needs (non-smoking, handicapped facilities, etc.). Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00 Noon. All reservations need to be guaranteed by each individual with a credit card, advanced payment, or guaranteed room and tax to Master Account by Organization. Guaranteed reservations are held without occupancy for one night only.

To avoid cancellation charges, reservations, should be canceled 14 days prior to arrival. No-Show guests will be charged one nights room and tax for the first night.
