FerdCheriDone Made My Vow
Rev. Fernand Cheri, OFM
What makes a wedding ceremony culturally unique and Catholic in these times? What is the marriage ritual and what are the cultural rituals that we are facing today as we plan this special day?  What do we need to know and what do we need to tell the musicians, the photographers and the wedding coordinators? How can we meet the expectations of parents, family and friends without having to go to the poor house in the process? Lord, I want to be a Christian as I make my vows to the Lord at the altar.

OwensAin't Nothing Like the Real Thing, Baby / I Never Knew Love Like This Before
Damon Owens
Real love changes us. We see differently. We act differently. We look different. We are different. We take on a new vitality and vibrancy that enflames our ministry - drawing us to others, and others to us. It is the love by which Our Lord said we - His true followers - would be known. Indeed, it is His Love that he still pours out on us. No mere sentiment nor emotion, this is a "crunchy" love that truly changes us. He gives, but do we truly receive all he has given us? This two-part workshop will set or rekindle your fire by recalling our identity "from the beginning", meditating on our vocation and mission "in the now", and abiding in our promised destiny "in the end". This workshop will help you set or rekindle your fire, so - as they say - folk will come from miles around to watch you burn!
